In light of MCIT's keenness to enhance the quality of telecom services provided to citizens, the NTRA has issued today its benchmarking report for May 2020 on the quality of voice and internet services provided by telecom operators operating in Egypt. The quality of service tests were conducted for approximately 26,000 kilometers of populated areas in Egypt, divided into approximately 81 cities and districts. The measurement tests were undergone for voice and data services as hundreds of thousands of test calls were made as well as the tests of data or mobile Internet services.
