Communication approach with People of Determination

In the frame of State’s empathy to integrate and enable the People of Determination in Egypt’s society and given the role played by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) to ensure that all users have access to telecom services, and in regard to NTRA’s keenness on reinforcing communication approaches with all society segments, NTRA provided a service to receive the People of Determination’s unresolved complaints with service providers. This step can take place through free video calls to raise, follow up and resolve complaints. It also guarantees that People of Determination, as valued users, would have smooth access to telecom and internet services, being part and parcel of Egypt’s society.
