Raising consumers and users’ awareness about their rights and duties and how they could get the licensed services is one of the key strategic goals of the NTRA to regulate and govern ICT market.

This is attainable through: providing them with the information they need to be able to select the best services  and their providers in full transparency, helping them to enter into contracts appropriately, and Informing them of their right to complain whenever there is a breach thereof.
