Mohamed Hossam Hegazy working as Type Approval Engineer in NTRA, International Type Approval & Compliance Department. He graduated from Electronics & Communication Engineering from Ain Shams Universality, Egypt in 2007.

He finished his Masters of Science degree in Wireless Technologies from Nile University, Egypt in 2018. Also, he published two scientific papers in IEEE WCNC conference held in Morocco, 2019 related to 5G wireless technologies topics. And he had solid practical experience in major RF and SAR compliance measurement equipment.

He joined NTRA since 2007, he was effectively participating in developing Type Approval procedure with the aim to cope with new market requirements while ensuring the safe operation of the product and compliance to applied standards. And also, he effectively participating in updating the NTRA admitted compliance standards.

Finally, his Research interests include Device to Device communications, Network Coding, Cooperative Communications and IoT.
