With reference to the National Telecom Regulatory Authority’s (NTRA) keenness on reinforcing the rules of transparency and requesting relevant entities to share their views and comments regarding the regulatory lines adopted by NTRA, in its efforts to raise the efficiency of decision-making mechanism, prepare proper business environment fostering investments in Egypt’s market alongside safeguard the user-rights, NTRA issued the Regulatory Frame of Public Consultation rules and measures. In fact, the said Frame outlines the measures to be taken by NTRA for Public Consultations, when necessary, in regard to the regulatory lines and decrees intended. This step aims to allow the industry players and parties of interest to share their observations in respect to such lines and decrees pre-issuance.
