Pursuant to the Prime MinisterÔÇÖs Decree with respect to the opening and closure times of stores and commercial shopping centers in winter, effective Friday September 27, 2024, The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Egypt (NTRA) issued instructions regarding the working hours of telecom operatorsÔÇÖ outlets and for audience-servicing as follow:

• Throughout the whole week except Thursday and Friday: from 9:00 AM. to 09:30 PM.
• Thursday: From 9:00 AM. to 10:30 PM.
• Friday: From 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Whereas operatorsÔÇÖ outlets at shopping malls shall abide by the working hours of these malls.
