Mr. Tamer Sayed is the manager for radio spectrum assignment in the Egyptian National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA). He joined NTRA since 2006, from 2012 he started participating in the activities of ITU-R as a member of the Egyptian delegation to the World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC-15) and (WRC-19).

Mr. Ahmed ELkaradawy is a Radio Spectrum Engineer with over 11 years of telecommunication regulatory and industry experience. He is currently Manager of the Terrestrial frequency international Coordination department; He holds (MSc.) degree in electronic and information technology engineering.

Mr. Abd Elhamid Huissen is a Senior Radio Spectrum engineer with over 7 years of telecommunication regulatory and industry experience before that Abdelhamid worked as Teaching Assistant in Zewiel University in 2014.

Ayman Mohamad Hamdy Abd Elrahman and the radio spectrum monitoring team are responsible to solve, Analysis, Study any wireless interference issues. In addition to carrying out field surveys to introduce new services or evacuate spectrum from existing services, and monitor the frequency spectrum on daily basis using fixed stations to monitor any violations or abuses in the use of the frequency spectrum, and to carry out technical measurements for new services.

Mr. Ahmed Kormed is a Senior Spectrum Management Engineer in the Egyptian National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA), he joined the NTRA since 2018. He started participation in the activities of ITU-R since 2019 as a member of the Egyptian delegation to the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19).

Mr. Eslam Mohamed Kamal, graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University in 2006 with grade V. good with honour grade, and obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in 2021, has experience in telecommunication field more than 16 Years.

Mohamed Maher Mohamed Ezzat El-Bahii, graduated from Faculty of Engineering, German University in Cairo in 2015, and obtained Master of Business Administration from Arab Academy for Science Technology and Maritime Transport in 2020, has experience in NTRA over 7 years. He is a Senior Engineer Spectrum Occupancy.
